Created by Robert Hess, the Petrucio was created to highlight Aperol. Referencing Aperol's origin, it is named for the protagonist in Shakespeare's Taming of the Shrew.

2 oz Martin Miller's London Dry Gin
1 oz Aperol Aperitivo Liqueur
Dash of Laphroaig 10 Year Old Single Islay Malt Scotch Whisky


Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
