The Paumanok Vineyards was founded in 1983 on the North Fork of Long Island, NY. Since then, they have prided themselves on creating quality wines that fully capture the unique terroir of the region. Composed of 84% Cabernet Franc and 16% Merlot, this medium bodied red aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. Notes of black cherry, plum and rich earth dominate the nose and palate, while soft notes of vanilla and sweet spice emerge on the finish.
