Partida Tequila Reposado is made only from ten year old blue agave, which is cooked for twenty hours in stone ovens, distilled, and then aged at least six months in boubon-cured white oak barrels. This is an elegant, complex spirit that is exceptionally smooth and rich. Served straight, the bouquet displays the complex vegetal character of the agave along with notes of vanilla and roasted hazelnut. The palate is gentle and nuanced with layered flavors of black pepper, chocolate, honey, and toffee.

Unlike many other tequila producers, Partida only uses blue agave from their own carefully tended estate, allowing them complete control over quality from the soil to the bottle. Partida is the first tequila to ever earn a five star rating for their entire line in F. Paul Pacult's Spirit Journal, and this bottling was praised as “the Bentley of Reposado’s."
