Parker's Heritage Collection is a series of rare, limited-edition American Whiskeys that is a tribute to sixth-generation Master Distiller, Parker Beam. Parker has been practicing his family craft of distilling, aging and selecting some of the world's most critically acclaimed Bourbons and American Whiskeys since he began working alongside his father at Heaven Hill Distilleries in 1950.

The sixth annual edition of Parker's Heritage is a skillful blend of Heaven Hill's eleven year old rye-based bourbon and their eleven year old wheat-based bourbon. Bottled at cask strength and non chill-filtered, Parker's Heritage Collection "Master Distiller's Blend of Mashbills" displays inviting aromas of caramel, butterscotch, cinnamon and roasted nuts, complemented by a subtle touch of fruit. Rich, balanced notes of toffee, walnut, nougat, black cherry and vanilla emerge on the palate and linger through the spicy, oak-driven finish.
