Pages Parfait Amour is a distinctive liqueur ideal for cocktails classic and modern; and if you want to make a Jupiter or Trilby, nothing else will do. Because we know you're curious, we did a side-by-side tasting with one of our favorites, Rothman & Winter Creme de Violette. Pages was notably lighter both in color and flavor, showing a more pinkish purple color along with aromas and flavors of raspberry and vanilla. The color is also notably more pinkish, which would create a wholly different final mixed product. For any cocktail enthusiast, this is a must-have.
