Black Tot Last Consignment British Royal Naval Rum Chateau de Laubade Armagnac Vintage 1948 The Dalmore 1974 Single Highland Malt Scotch Whisky

On July 31st 1970, a 300 year old tradition ended when the last rum ration was issued aboard the ships of the British Royal Navy - a day to be forever remembered as Black Tot Day. The remaining rum stocks were filled into wicker clad stone flagons and stored away, being only drawn upon for use in state occasions and royal weddings. Bottled directly from these flagons, each bottle of Black Tot Last Consignment is a unique piece of history and a rare find for collectors.
Laubade is renowned for producing some of the finest Armagnacs. Distilled from Baco, Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche wines, the spirit is then aged in Gascony oak until bottling. This sophisticated Armagnac develops harmonious notes of violet, vanilla and smoke with age.
The Dalmore 1974 was matured for more than three decades in American white oak bourbon barrels, then finished in a thirty year old Matusalem sherry butt from Gonzalez Byass. The bold, complex nose offers intense aromas of orange zest, cinnamon, chocolate and ripe tropical fruits, accented by tones of licorice, ripe apple and coffee. The rich, medium-bodied palate is constantly evolving, displaying notes of citrus fruit, dark chocolate, caramel apple, walnut, orange marmalade and spice, culminating in a bold oak finish. Only 948 bottles produced.

Matured in both Oloroso Sherry and American Bourbon Barrels, Laphroig 25 Year Old is a bold, complex, perfectly balanced whisky with aromas and flavors that are constantly evolving. The nose opens with a light sherry sweetness followed by notes of peat smoke and damp earth, which contrast beautifully with aromas of toffee apple, raspberry preserves and dried citrus. Rich, round and full on the palate, an initial burst of peat smoke is quickly restrained by the sherry sweetness which slowly develops into notes of spiced apple, orange peel and caramel. The long, smoky finish is enhanced by hints of spice and sea salt.

Distilled in 1951, Paul-Marie & Fils "Devant La Porte" Grande Champagne Cognac is an incredibly rare, award winning spirit that has been matured in oak for almost six decades. This unfiltered, cask-strength, single-barrel release offers intriguing aromas of cedar, raisin and mature fruit, complemented by a light hint of chocolate. The complex, layered palate displays pronounced flavors of dried apricot, pear, fig, walnut and baking spice, which lead to hints of leather and tobacco on the lingering finish. Only 257 bottles were produced of this exceptional spirit.
