Alain Graillot Syrocco Syrah Moroccan red wine Cave Spring Estate Bottled Riesling Chateau Musar Jeune Rouge

Produced in cooperation with Domaine des Ouleb Thaleb, this Syrah is vinified from the fruit of young vineyards that have been plowed and weeded by hand. While this is a fruit-forward red, it is made in an Old-World style with moderate extraction, excellent balance, and complex aromatics.

Cave Spring Estate Bottled Riesling is made from some of their oldest, lowest-yielding vines. The vines are spread across seven individual blocks ranging in age from 9 to 39 years, with an average vine age of about 20 years. The wine went through a cool-temperature fermentation over a 3 week period in stainless steel tanks using a range of selected yeasts to enhance complexity. fermentation was arrested at medium dryness by chilling. The wine remained on the fine lees for 3 months prior to bottling. The resulting wine presents a nose with seamless aromas of tangerine, lemon and wet slate, with undertones of cut grass and anise. The palate is full, silky and off dry with plenty of acidity offering notes of grapefruit and yellow plum. Subtle notes of fresh basil and crushed-stone lingers through the long finish.

Chateau Musar's "Jeune Rouge" is similar in body to a Pinot Noir, but is a particularly unique red; a blend of Cinsault, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, it has delicate, earthy undertones that accent flavors of raspberry, pomegranate, cherry and cranberries with spicy aromatics.

Aged for four years in French oak barrels, Clos de Gat "Sycra" Muscat is a blend of 85% ‘Muscat of Alexandria’ and 15% Viognier. This exotically-delicious dessert wine, displays a beautiful golden hue on the glass, offering generous, complex bouquet of aromas dominated by honeysuckle, jammy fruits, dried apricots, orange peel and spices. Mirrored on the palate, the creamy texture is complemented by vivid fruit flavors, delicate acidity and a smooth, elegant finish. This is an excellent pairing for foie gras, tropical fruits and strong blue cheeses.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Syrah and Shiraz, Canaan is an easy drinking, medium bodied red with sweet aromas of red and black berries. Flavors of cherry, plum, black pepper and vanilla are accented by soft tannins and a long, smooth finish.

Disznoko Tokaji Aszu 5 Puttonyos is an exceptional, high quality blend of Furmint, Harslevelu and Zeta aszu grapes, offering enticing aromas of fresh fruit, wildflowers, honey and creamy vanilla. Perfectly balanced notes of peach, lemon, honey and tropical fruit appear on the palate, and merge with a delicate mineral note on the long finish.

Crafted from 100% Xinomavro following an old school, traditional method without any new wood and very little intervention, Domaine Karydas Naoussa opens with complex floral aromas with underlying notes of herb, earth and cherry fruit on the nose, that carries over to the full-bodied palate with silky tannins and firm acidity. Subtle notes of minerality lingers through the long, fleshy finish. This is an excellent accompaniment to hearty stews and braised meat.

After aging in French oak barrels for 12 months, this Tannat develops a complex nose of blackberry, cherry, tobacco and chocolate. The palate is mouth filling and textured with balanced fruit and acidity.

Crafted from Slovenia's indigenous Furmint grape as well as locally grown Pinot Gris and Riesling, Dveri Pax Stajerska "Yanez" is a fresh, crisp, medium bodied Alpine white wine offering notes of green apple, cantaloupe, citrus and a mineral undertone with pronounced acidity. Pairs well with salad, light pasta dish with white sauce and seafood.

Crafted from hand-picked grapes from Judean Hills, Gush Etzion "Spring River" Syrah-Mourvedre is a blend of 65% Syrah and 35% Mourvedre. It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, lightly filtered and then aged in the bottle for another 2 years. The result is a medium bodied wine with soft tannins and balanced acidity, offering notes of ripe berry fruit, baking spice and chocolate with a layer of cascading flavors that expand in the textured earthy finish.
