Although established in the early 1970s, Oliverhill Winery has gained recognition under the supervision of the Miller family, who has owned and operated the winery since the early 1990s. The entire family is involved in the production process, from picking grapes and pruning vines, to bottling, packaging and more.

Oliverhill Winery "Red Silk" Shiraz offers lovely aromas of crushed blackberries and wild blueberries, accented by hints of smoke, licorice and earth. Vibrant berry notes carry through to the medium-bodied palate, where they are supported by firm tannins and lively acidity. A delicate spiciness lingers through the finish.
