The Oaxacan

2 1/2oz Two Princes Riesling
   3/4oz Sombra Mezcal
   1/2oz Canton Ginger Liqueur
2 dashes The Bitter Truth Orange Bitters

Add everything to a large mixing glass filled with ice. Stir thoroughly and then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg*.
