Only the freshest sugar cane, grown on the volcanic foothills of Mount Pelee and harvested at its peak of maturity, is used to make these fine rums.

Up to ten years' aging in a combination of new French oak and used whiskey and bourbon barrels add tremendous complexity to an already excellent spirit. The rich sugar cane base is complemented with lush tropical fruit, dried fruit and nuts, and a warm vanilla note.
