While a traditional Negroni is made from Campari, sweet vermouth and gin, the Negroni Sbagliato, or the "mistaken" Negroni, replaces the gin with sparkling wine. The result is a lively, refreshing and festive cocktail that's perfect for the holidays!

Serves 18-20

1 bottle of Quady Winery "Vya" Sweet Vermouth (750ml)
1 bottle of Campari Bitter Liqueur (750ml)
1 cup assorted seasonal fruit, sliced
1 bottle of Berlo Prosecco (750ml)

Directions:
1. Add the Quady Winery "Vya" Sweet Vermouth and Campari to a punch bowl and add large ice cubes or a large ice block.
2. Add the fruit and top with the prosecco. Stir gently and garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.
