Deep garnet in color, Ad Vivum Cabernet Sauvignon opens with enticing aromas of cassis berries and buds, dark black raspberry and graphite with subtle undertones of clove, vanilla and cherry. The full-bodied palate offers silky tannin and balanced acidity with well-integrated oak and lingering aromas of cassis and raspberry. This wine will continue to age gracefully for another 12 to 15 years.

Ca Momi "Rosso Di Napa" Red Blend is a proprietary blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Merlot, and Petite Sirah, offering notes of lush blueberry, black currants and subtle campfire smoke on the nose. The full-bodied palate offers moderate tannins with intense aromas of plum, blackberry pie, cedar and toasty spice. Hints of dark coco and vanilla lingers through the long, smooth finish.

Hayman & Hill's Napa Valley Reserve Selection is a quintessential California Cabernet: full-bodied, with bold blackcurrant and chocolate characteristics. This is a great prime rib wine at an excellent price.

Matthiasson Linda Vista Vineyard Chardonnay | Matthiasson Chardonnay Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc Viognier Venge Vineyards Bone Ash Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Golden yellow in color, Matthiasson Linda Vista Vineyard Chardonnay offers pronounced lemon citrus core with green and yellow apples, peaches, melon, and honey on the nose. The full-bodied palate is round and elegant with high acidity balanced by pleasant fleshiness of tropical fruit notes. The finish is long and well balanced with a hint of minerality. Pairs well with shellfish, cream sauces, chicken, fish, and vegetable dishes as well as soft cheeses.

This blend displays all the crisp acidity and ripe melon and pear flavors of a good Chenin Blanc. The addition of 20% Viognier layers in notes of spice, wildflower and grapefruit, leading to an aromatic, refreshing white that’s perfect for enjoying with sushi, seafood and white meats.

Venge Vineyards "Bone Ash Vineyard" Cabernet Sauvignon is created from 25+ year old vines of Cabernet Clones #7 and #8 of their Calistoga Estate “Bone Ash Vineyard”. The fruits are hand sorted and destemmed into a combination of concrete and stainless steel fermenters. Time on skins lasts a lengthy 39 days. The fruit is then lightly pressed, keeping “free run” and “press” fractions separate and aged in 85% new, tight grained French Oak barrels for a total of 22 months. While they do add yeast to finish primary fermentation, they allow the indigenous malolactic bacteria to complete the secondary fermentation. The wine is bottled unfiltered.
