Description   Muddy Water Pinot Noir, named for the English translation of Waipara, is vinified to ensure the highest possible quality. Vineyard workers carefully manage crop yields and harvest the fruit by hand. The grapes are then fermented using indigenous yeasts, after which the wine undergoes a year of aging in barrel. The bottle is then finished with a screw cap closure to ensure that every bottle tastes as intended. This care shows in the glass. Muddy Water offers everything you could hope for from a New World Pinot Noir: a fresh earthy character, abundant plum and cherry fruit, a hint of spice, and a round, silky texture. Product of New Zealand Alcohol by Volume: 14.5%
