Montinore Estate is committed to producing finely crafted wines that express the unique conditions of the northern Willamette Valley. In order to create such a product, they have worked hard throughout the years to become a Demeter Certified Biodynamic farm. This means that their farm is a self-sustaining ecosystem that is entirely responsible for creating and maintaining it's own health, without the addition of unnatural substances. Strict guidelines must be followed to achieve this certification, showing once more that the Montinore Estate is truly dedicated to producing quality wines.

This medium-bodied Pinot Noir displays new world flavors of smoke, red cherry and raspberry, but shows old world restraint. Smooth and elegant, it pairs well with salmon, cheese, and roasted or grilled meats.
