America's first whiskey distilling company, Michter's rich history dates back to 1753 when a farmer in Schaefferstown, Pennsylvania distilled his first batch of whiskey from hardy rye. Since then, Michter's has been determined to create only the finest spirits and has since set the standard for high quality, limited production whiskeys.

Michter's 25 Year Old Single Barrel Rye is created from carefully selected American Rye and aged for a quarter century in a fire-charred, new American white oak barrel. It is then further mellowed by Michter's signature filtration process, resulting in a smooth, refined spirit with pronounced notes of dried fruit, vanilla and caramel complemented by the savory spiciness of an exceptional rye.
