1 oz.   Four Roses Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz.   Fiefs Sainte-Anne "Selection" Domaine Coeur de Lion Christian Drouin Calvados
1 oz.   maple simple syrup (2:1 maple syrup to water)

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a glass, fill with crushed ice and stir.
2. Garnish with a grating of nutmeg over the top.
