This Brandy de Jerez is aged for an average of 12 years in an American oak solera system, and then aged for a final three in Pedro Ximenez sherry barrels. While retaining its own powerful personality, this brandy beautifully integrates the sherry's character. The nose and palate display unctuous, concentrated raisin, date, caramel, and roasted nut, finishing off-dry and satisfying. Distilled from 100% Palomino grapes.
