Since its establishment in 1975, Bodegas Ferris has gained the reputation as being one of the finest sherry producers in Spain. To ensure both the quality and stability of their wines, the company combines traditional production methods with the latest winemaking technology. The grapes are harvested from their own vineyards, pressed with the most modern machinery, and fermented under temperature controlled conditions before maturing in the traditional American oak butts.

Composed of 100% sun-dried Moscatel grapes, this aromatic sherry displays complex notes of honey, caramel, raisin, and fresh flowers. Very sweet, yet beautifully balanced, it is best enjoyed with rich pastries and fruit pies.
