La Cosecha Amontillado Superior Sherry hails from Bodega San Vidal, a small winery that owns a few parcels of the best vineyards in Sanlucar de Barrameda. On the nose, this unblended sherry offers pronounced aromas of brown sugar and roasted nuts with elegant fruit undertones. The dry, elegant palate displays complex notes of raisin, fig, caramel and oak, which lead to hints of smoke and walnut on the finish.
