The La Quintinye Vermouth is a collaboration between Jean-Sebastien Robicquet, the grape loving distiller behind Ciroc vodka, and EuroWineGate, the people behind the G’Vine gin. It is crafted from selected wines from the South West of France: Ugni-Blanc, Colombard, Muscadelle, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, fortified with neutral spirit and aromatized with 18 to 28 different herbs and spices depending on the style. However, the core botanicals are Artemisia, Nutmeg, Angelica, Cinchona, Orris roots, Quassia Amara, Cardamom, Vine Flower, Citrus Aurantium, Ginger, Cinnamon and Liquorice.
Crafted from 27 botanicals, white wines and Pineau des Charentes Blanc, La Quintinye Vermouth Royal Extra Dry is golden pale in color with notes of summer blossom balanced with spice, liquorice and cassia on the nose. The light, dry palate offers herbal aromas of rosemary and wormwood with a lively and luscious mouthfeel.
