L. Aubry Fils Brut Premier Cru is an austere, structured Champagne with a rich grain element interwoven with cherry, apple, wildflower and almond notes. This is a distinctive, expertly crafted sparkling wine that will vastly enhance a meal of albacore or oysters. Though the blend is carefully adapted from year to year, L. Aubry Fils Brut is composed of approximately 40% Pinot Meunier, 40% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, and traces of Arbanne, Fromenteau, and Meslier.
