Created from a blend of the finest quality rye, Knob Creek Rye is carefully handcrafted and patiently aged to produce a distinctive, full-flavored spirit that can be enjoyed neat or incorporated into classic cocktails like the Manhattan or Sazerac. On the nose, complex aromas of dried herbs and spice evolve over time to include nuances of caramel, nougat and vanilla. The palate opens with a bold note of spicy rye, which is balanced by well-integrated tones of cinnamon, honey, eucalyptus, tobacco and oak. Warm spice notes linger through the finish.
