Kansas is distilled with a column still, rather than a pot still, which allows for the extraction of a pure, clean tasting distillate. This spirit is then married with a small amount of artisanal whiskey to add more depth and complexity. Clean and light with a soft, crisp finish, Kansas makes an interesting base for a surprising number of cocktails, but can also be enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
