John L. Sullivan was the last Bare-Knuckle Boxing Heavyweight Champion of the World. In 1889, he defended his title for the final time in a historic 75 round fight. An icon of the saloon culture, his portrait hung on the wall of nearly every establishment across the nation. Dedicated to this boxing legend, this special blend is expertly crafted from Irish grain and mountain spring water, which is then aged in Single Use American Oak Bourbon Barrels. The result is a mellow whiskey with hints of oak, vanilla, and honey, a light maltiness, and a smooth bourbon finish.
