Jacopo Poli distills using an antique copper pot still. This, coupled with generations’ worth of experience, allow his grappas to beautifully preserve the character of the grapes. White Muscat produces a highly aromatic style of grappa; when served slightly cooled, this spirit displays enticing aromas and flavors of mandarin orange, lemon, grapefruit, acacia blossom, orange blossom, and magnolia.
