J. Miquel Jane wines result from the combination of four generations of winemaking expertise, along with modern production technology. Located in the Font Rubi municipality of Penedes, the area is influenced by the Mediterranean Sea climate, although the temperature variation is more pronounced due to the high altitude of the vineyards. This unique combination provides the ideal growing conditions for a number of varietals, and produces highly aromatic grapes with rich, full colors.

This blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in French and American barriques for 3 months and then refined in the bottle. Prominent aromas of raspberry and blueberry lead to a full, fruit forward palate with well-integrated notes of fresh herbs and smoke.
