Aged for four years in French oak barrels, Clos de Gat "Sycra" Muscat is a blend of 85% ‘Muscat of Alexandria’ and 15% Viognier. This exotically-delicious dessert wine, displays a beautiful golden hue on the glass, offering generous, complex bouquet of aromas dominated by honeysuckle, jammy fruits, dried apricots, orange peel and spices. Mirrored on the palate, the creamy texture is complemented by vivid fruit flavors, delicate acidity and a smooth, elegant finish. This is an excellent pairing for foie gras, tropical fruits and strong blue cheeses.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Syrah and Shiraz, Canaan is an easy drinking, medium bodied red with sweet aromas of red and black berries. Flavors of cherry, plum, black pepper and vanilla are accented by soft tannins and a long, smooth finish.

Crafted from hand-picked grapes from Judean Hills, Gush Etzion "Spring River" Syrah-Mourvedre is a blend of 65% Syrah and 35% Mourvedre. It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, lightly filtered and then aged in the bottle for another 2 years. The result is a medium bodied wine with soft tannins and balanced acidity, offering notes of ripe berry fruit, baking spice and chocolate with a layer of cascading flavors that expand in the textured earthy finish.

Teperberg 1870 Cabernet Sauvignon Tishbi Vineyards Cabernet - Syrah Tishbi Vineyards Emerald Riesling

Created from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes for the Teperberg 1870 Cabernet Sauvignon are harvested from two unique and selected vineyards grown in mountainous topography and climate. The first vineyard is located at the peak of the Shomron Mountains and the second one is located in the Upper Galilee. Deep red in color, this wine is a medium-bodied, easy-drinking red which pairs well with a wide range of entrees. Notes of cherry, chocolate and cassis on the nose follow through to the palate, where they are supported by structured tannins and lively acidity. Hints of dark chocolate and black fruit appear on the finish.

Tishbi Vineyards Cabernet - Syrah is the winery's house wine. This wine was produced entirely in stainless steel vats over a period of three months. During the first ten days the wine was alcoholically fermented at a temperature of 22-28°C (72-82°F), prior to a malolactic fermentation at 15-22°C (59-72°F). This fresh, fruit-forward wine displays inviting aromas of ripe strawberries and freshly cut herbs. Kosher for Passover and Mevushal.

Crafted from 100% Riesling from their Zichron Ya’akov vineyard, Tishbi Vineyards Emerald Riesling offers fruity aromas of ripe melon and nectarines. Tishbi Vineyards Estate Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from the more mature vines of their Kfar Tavor vineyard, which yield smaller quantities of grapes reflecting a concentrated fruit aroma. This wine is produced from the gently pressed, superior first free-run juice of the grapes. After undergoing a gradual and supervised fermentation, the wine is fermented for three weeks at a low temperature in stainless steel vats followed by its stabilizing process and malolactic fermentation. The result is a crisp, dry white wine that is rich in herbal aromas and lush fruit flavors. Kosher for Passover.
