Inniskillin Icewine, recognized as one of the world's finest specialty wines, is a gift from nature to wine lovers. Harvested at the pinnacle of Canada's crisp winter, the grapes are naturally frozen on the vine and picked when the temperature drops below -9 degree Celsius.

The removal of ice crystals, separated from the frozen grapes during pressing, concentrates the juice into a sweet nectar that is then vinified, creating a drink rich with delicate and alluring flavor. Best served chilled with desert or after a fine meal.
