Located in Brooklyn's old Bush Terminal, Industry City Distillery is the newest venture of The City Foundry, a research and design group focused on improving small-scale manufacturing processes through the blending of science and art. They're bringing together ideas and techniques from industrial, craft, and scientific distillation to create their own unique production process, allowing them the distinction of being the only distillery in the last century with all their equipment, including the stills, built in Brooklyn.

Following their previous two releases, Industry City Distillery "No.4" Vodka is distilled from beet sugar on specialized equipment that minimizes unwanted flavor components during each stage of the production process. The result is a clean, distinctive spirit that's perfect for mixing.
