Inspired by the classic old-world style of aperitif wines, Imbue Bittersweet Vermouth begins with fine Oregon Pinot Gris which is aged for several months in American and French oak barrels. It is then macerated with an array of botanicals and finished with a touch of artisan Oregon brandy. A beautiful balance of aroma and flavor, Imbue looks to the classic blanc vermouths for sweetness, but rounds out the palate with a backbone of bitterness. Enjoy as an aperitif, served on the rocks with a twist, or in dozens of creative craft cocktails.
