Widely regarded as one of the most prominent breweries in the Niigata region, Ichishima Shuzo has been owned and operated by the Ichishima family since it was established in 1790. The family insists on using only the finest local resources to produce their distinguished sakes.

This delicate, aromatic sake has a complex floral nose complemented by notes of fresh pear. On the palate it is creamy and rich with hints of banana and peach. Enjoy with seafood, light pasta dishes, and smooth cheeses.

Due to the delicate nature of this product, we highly recommend upgrading to overnight shipping if you live outside of our immediate delivery area (New York City, Long Island, Southeastern NY, CT, DE, MD, Washington DC, RI and Eastern PA); ideally, sake should be outside of refrigeration for as short a time as possible.
