Hoyo Genji Shining Prince stands between junmai and ginjo sakes and offers the best of both. Made from Kura no Hana rice with a polishing ratio of 55%, this sake is relaxed, expressive, and beautifully aromatic.

Shining Prince is produced at Uchigasaki Brewing Company. Founded in 1661, it is the oldest sake brewery in Miyagi Prefecture. Genji is produced from Kura no Hana, a new rice strain ideal for brewing light yet rounded sakes.
