Kentucky Straight Corn Whiskey, the granddaddy of Bourbon, is made with a mash bill of at least 80% corn. Hirsch Selection 20 Year Old American Whiskey was then aged in used casks, lending another layer of distinction from your average American whiskey. This hard-to-find spirit has been carefully selected by Hirsch by the barrel as representative of some of the very finest available.

The nose is enticingly honeyed, with notes of maple, grain, ginger, allspice, and dried apricots. The palate is incredibly layered, evolving through drier woody notes to melted butter, caramel, roasted walnuts, dried fruit, marzipan, and grain.
