


The High West Distillery in Park City, Utah prides itself on creating handcrafted, small batch spirits. They are Utah's first distillery since 1870 and the world's only ski-in gastro-saloon. Their Silver Oat Whiskey is based on a mix of 85% oat and 15% barley malt, which is aged briefly in toasted Fresh Limousin oak. Delicate aromas of vanilla, toasted nut, and fresh grass follow through to a medium bodied palate with hints of granola, anise, pear, and apple. Light mineral notes and a hint of ripe honeydew appear on the smooth, delicate finish.
