Montezuma Winery and Hidden Marsh Distillery is a family owned business located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region in New York. It started out as Martin's Honey Farm and Meadery in 1999, but changed their name to Montezuma Winery in 2001, dedicating the name to the Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge nearby. The disillery was then added in 2008 to produce premium liqueurs, vodka, and brandy made with honey, apples, and other seasonal fruits. Every batch is hand-crafted to create high quality premium spirits.
The first release from the distillery, Bee Vodka, is a unique hand-crafted vodka made from the purest honey in the Finger Lakes Region. Although sweet on the nose, the palate is dry with hints of dried fruit and cedar. Triple-distilled in individal batches, this exceptional spirit is irresistibly smooth with a flawless finish.
