Established in 1982, St. George Spirits creates a number of small batch, high quality spirits on a copper pot still. For their vodka, liqueur and eau-de-vie, they use a unique whole fruit distillation process which results in a clean, natural flavor that truly captures the essence of the fruit. Hangar One Chipotle Flavored Vodka is handcrafted from roasted jalapenos, red bells, habaneros, and a unique purple morita from Chihuahua which produces a range of flavors not commonly found in pepper. Mild, earthy notes of smoky spice pair extremely well with bourbon, brandy and fruit juice, while hints of dark chocolate and alder spice add layers of complexity.
