Distilled, matured and bottled in our very own Brooklyn, New York, Breuckelen "77" New York Wheat Whiskey is brought to you by the same producer of Breuckelen Gin. Locally sourced wheat is distilled once and then aged in new charred oak for four months, resulting in a smooth, clean spirit that is incredibly easy-drinking, despite its young age.

Distilled from a mash of 90% rye and 10% corn harvested from New York State farms, Breuckelen "77" Local Rye & Corn Whiskey has been matured for seven months in new American oak barrels from Kentucky. The smooth, clean base spirit has a subtle sweetness which shines through in the mature product, and is balanced by notes of vanilla and spicy oak.

Created in our very own Brooklyn, New York, Breukelen Gin is meticulously handcrafted from locally sourced grain and a unique blend of botanicals. This balanced, full flavored gin is crisp and clean with hints of rosemary enhancing the fresh juniper notes. Although it is ideal for sipping, it also makes an excellent cocktail.

Inspired by the classic old-world style of aperitif wines, Imbue Bittersweet Vermouth begins with fine Oregon Pinot Gris which is aged for several months in American and French oak barrels. It is then macerated with an array of botanicals and finished with a touch of artisan Oregon brandy. A beautiful balance of aroma and flavor, Imbue looks to the classic blanc vermouths for sweetness, but rounds out the palate with a backbone of bitterness.

Imbue "Petal & Thorn" Vermouth begins with fine Oregon Pinot Gris, which is macerated with dried botanicals and Oregon-grown beets, then finished with a touch of locally-distilled brandy from Portland's Clear Creek Distillery. An elegant nose of chamomile and zesty orange peel leads to notes of pine, orange and cinnamon on the palate. A broad, silky texture and pleasing sweetness lend weight to the mouth feel, before ultimately giving way to the assertive Amaro-inspired, bitter finish.
