Located at the foot of Modena's Appennino mountains, the Fiorini estate was founded in 1919 and has been owned and operated by the Fiorini family for three generations. A lively, off-dry red with light, delicate bubbles, Fiorini "Becco Rosso" Lambrusco is composed mostly of Grasparossa di Castelvetro, but softened by the addition of Lancellotta. Lovely notes of dark cherry, raspberry and plum are complemented by balanced acidity and a refreshing finish.
