In early 2010, winemaker and negociant Francois Xavier joined forces with several Loire Valley producers located in St. Nicolas de Bourgueil, Bourgueil, Chinon, Saumur and Touraine. By combining the finest grapes with modern methods and traditional techniques, Francois Xavier is able to offer high quality wines that express the varying terriors of the region.

FX Barc "Jus de Gamay" Touraine is a light, fruit-forward red offering enticing aromas of cherry, raspberry, plum and wildflowers. Lively red fruit notes on the palate are complemented by vibrant acidity, soft, round tannins and a long, earthy finish.
