Produced with Fair Trade certified™ ingredients, FAIR. Cafe obtains their organic coffee beans from the Huatusco cooperative in Mexico, which contains nearly 2,000 small independent producers. The sugar is sourced from the Lower Shire Valley in Malawai, which is grown and harvested in Kasinthula through a cooperative of 300 independent farmers. After selecting the finest ingredients, the raw materials are transported to Cognac, France, where it is then transformed into a high quality liqueur that exhibits the nature, flavor and authenticity of the original bean. The result is a sweet, full bodied liqueur that delivers the true taste of freshly roasted coffee, complemented by rich flavors of almond and hazelnut.
