Lee Single Barrel Bourbon carries no age statement; it is bottled when it is ready. This is a remarkably balanced and utterly drinkable whiskey with a fruity, floral, nutty and honeyed bouquet that evolves in the glass. The palate is gentle, balanced and almost creamy, with flavors of baking spices, molasses, cane sugar, oak, caramel, caramel, grain and a hint of citrus zest.
