El Maestro Sierra was founded in 1830 by Jose Antonio Sierra, a master carpenter who was responsible for building barrels for all the major Sherry houses. Although the trade was dominated by the Spanish nobility, he established a small winery and over time was able to become one of the top Almacenistas of high quality Sherries.

Aged in American oak barrels for 12 years, this dry, elegant sherry offers bold aromas and flavors of toasted almonds and sea salt with soft undertones of fruit and oak.
