Description

This blanche style absinthe has a creamy white louche with beautiful blue tones throughout. Slightly lower levels of anise allows this to be a subtle yet complex spirit with rich flavors of herbs, citrus fruits, and baking spices. With 58% alcohol, this is an easy drinking absinthe that can be paired with different entrees. Edward III has no added sugar or coloring and is made with 100% organic ingredients. Enjoy!

Well Done! March 17, 2010
Reviewer: Chris Henderson from Saratoga Springs, NY United States
This is the first product from Tuthilltown I have actually thought worth the price. If you plan to charge 40 dollars for a half-bottle, you'd better back it up, and this time they have delivered. Creamy, with a balanced flavor lacking in either the fruitiness or grain alcohol bite common to many absinthes currently available in the U.S. I like my absinthe as an anise spirit with herbal hints, not as an herbal spirit with anise hints, but this one has made a believer of me. It is easily my favorite blanche so far.
