For many beer enthusiasts, Schneider Aventinus is a favorite among the German imports. Located near the Schneider Brewery in Germany is a small distillery called Schraml, which has been in the family for almost 200 years, and it is here that they create Edelster Aventinus.

Edelster Aventinus is distilled from Schneider Aventinus beer and is able to retain most of its original flavor characteristics. The nose offers rich notes of ripe banana and strawberry, combined with peppery hop spice and hints of basil and clove. The palate is smooth, full and nicely textured with ripe fruit notes and malty sweetness in perfect balance with bitter herbs and black pepper.
