Eades Double Malt Whiskies represent the quintessential malt whisky experience from each of Scotland's major distilling regions. Each expression is crafted from two carefully selected single malts, which are finished separately in fine wine casks, then married together to create the ideal flavor profile of their respective region.

Eades E1 Highland Double Malt is a complex blend of 85% nine year old Ben Nevis Whisky and 15% thirteen year old Clynelish Whisky, which have been finished separately in port casks. These two single malts blend seamlessly together, offering pronounced aromas of honeyed malt, toffee and butterscotch, complemented by hints of strawberry and dark plum. Rich notes of toffee and vanilla emerge on the palate, where they fade to flavors of dark fruit, fig, brown sugar, dried apricot, crushed almonds and a dash of brine, which lingers through the finish.
