Handcrafted in the traditional nineteenth century style, Dutch's Spirits Peach Brandy is produced in Mayville, New York at Mazza Chautauqua Cellars. To create this distinctive spirit, a thick mash of pureed peaches is fermented with a neutral wine yeast, then distilled using a modern, four-plate pot-column still. A portion of the mash is distilled into an elegant eau de vie, then reserved to mellow in stainless steel tanks for several months, while the remainder was pot-distilled and aged in a combination of charred and toasted new American oak barrels for three to four months. These spirits are then blended together and married in stainless steel tanks for another four to eight weeks, and then brought to its final bottling proof. A final month in the stainless steel tanks ensures full integration.

On the nose, Dutch's Spirits Peach Brandy offers inviting notes of ripe peach and tropical fruits, accented by well-integrated hints of oak and vanilla. The fruit carries through to the palate, where it merges with complex notes of brown sugar and baking spice. Hints of cigar humidor, spice and oak linger through the finish.
