Description   Vinified just south of Inner Mongolia, Dragon's Hollow Riesling seems at first glance like an unusual bottling. Though little Chinese wine makes it to the United States, however, the Ningxia region has a winemaking history of over 1,000 years. The terroir at the eastern foot of the He Lan Mountain, the site of Dragon's Hollow, provides excellent grape growing conditions; with rich sandy soils, geographical sheltering against cold winter winds, and ample local spring water to irrigate the vineyards, it allows for the production of excellent fruit. As a result, this crisp, dry Riesling is bright and ripe with ample pear and apple notes. Product of China Alcohol by Volume: 12.5%
