Description   88 Points - Wine Enthusiast Often considered a benchmark producer of Gigondas, Domaine du Cayron produces rich, spicy, expressive reds that are excellent upon release but capable of improving for at least a decade with cellaring. Their 2004 displays subdued fruit, but an explosive spicy character with notes of baking spices, mocha, and black pepper. Blended from approximately 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, and 15% Mourvedre.
