Established in 1996 by Isabelle and Jean Yves Vantey, Domaine des Rouges Queues is located in a small village called Sampigny les Maranges, situated in the southern region of the famous Cote d'Or in Burgundy. Since March 2008 their vineyards have been in the conversion phase for organic and biodynamic agriculture.

Domaine des Rouges Queues Maranges Rouge is a vibrant, fruit-forward pinot noir which has been matured in oak barrels for eighteen months. An elegant nose of ripe red fruit and wild rose leads to a medium-bodied palate brimming with notes of cherry, raspberry and vanilla. A delicate touch of caramel merges with silky tannins and satisfying acidity on the finish.
