Description   Domaine de Montreuil Reserve Calvados du Pays d'Auge starts with extremely ripe fallen apples from each type—sweet, bittersweet, acidic and bitter—allowing for a spirit that encapsulates the nuances of the fruit. To produce this excellent spirit, the cider is fermented sur lie and aged in a large barrel for a year. Then, it is double-distilled and aged in well-seasoned casks. This bottling is blended from barrels an average age of seven years, combining bright, youthful apple aromas and flavors with notes of vanilla, smoke, baking spice, and beeswax. Product of France Alcohol by Volume: 42%
